- You may return any unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a promotional sale with a non-returnable clause are not eligible for refunds.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product does not meet the return criteria or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Return Process:

- Please securely pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with the return.
- Ship the return to the address provided by Jodaro customer service. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges:
Jodaro does not currently offer exchanges for returned items. If you would like a different size or product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
