Eligibility for Refunds:
You may return any unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Items excluded from return: Hygiene and personal care items for health and safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to: Innerwear (bras, briefs, boxers, etc.) Swimwear Beauty products (makeup, skincare, toiletries) Fragrances (perfumes, colognes) Deodorant Shaving products (razors, blades, creams) Earrings (due to hygiene concerns) Any item that comes in contact with a person's body or that cannot be sanitized for resale. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product does not meet the return criteria, shows signs of wear or use, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Return Process:

We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item securely. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges:
Jodaro does not currently offer exchanges for returned items. If you would like a different size or product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
