1. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 12 hours (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

4. International Shipping

International shipping of orders may take anywhere between 7 to 15 days for delivery depending upon the country and its customs clearance process. 

5. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery times may vary.

6. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at hello@jodaro.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
